Hand printed schist stones (how to do)

Stones! Stones! Stones!

Every time I visit my grandparents village, come back loaded with more stones.

I'm addicted to this process!

It's so... simple:

Select them by size, wash them and in some cases use sandpaper to keep the surface softer. Print the images on comun paper, inverted. Place medium used to mix acrylic paint (used by artists) on the stone and paper. Put the two together and wait 24 hours. Wet the paper with water and gently scrape it with your fingers until it comes out completely.

Easy, isn't it?

And the result is beautiful!
